We are hiring for 2 positions currently:

Account Manager/Sales – Providence Area

Position Description:

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for finding leads, building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. The AM is expected to provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for find leads and keeping accurate records of communications
  • Responsible for building client relationships to ensure future sales
  • Responsible for preparing, and presenting to potential clients all of our services and make proper recommendations of services based on the findings of the technical teams analysis.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Creates and reviews all major communications to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing us of any problems that may arise.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for an existing client.
  • Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  • Works closely with the rest of the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Pursues opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Full understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

Requirements:

• Account Management skills or sales skills preferred but not required
• Search Engine Marketing including Social Media, Pay Per Click Advertising and Search Engine Optimization knowledge and/or experience is required
• Must have a positive attitude and outgoing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Extremely detail oriented, Motivated, goal oriented and organized
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Position is base and commission with salary opportunities for the right candidate in the future.


Entry Level Marketing Coordinator – Providence Area

Position Description:

Entry Level Marketing Coordinator position in a growing internet marketing firm. The candidate will perform a range of marketing support and administrative duties related to the daily operations as well as social media and search engine optimization. Duties may include advertising placement and support, ad copy design, distribution, database management, search engine optimization and social media and assisting with website content updates and promotions.
